These days, the COVID-19 pandemic is at the top of everyone’s minds. So many people and businesses across the globe are being powerfully impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

How The Coronavirus Pandemic Is Impacting American Heating Company

Are You Still Open and Operating?

Because we are critical to the oil and gas industries, we have been deemed an essential business and continue to operate despite the pandemic. Our suppliers are still operating as well, so we are still able to fabricate and deliver our products.

We are still open and fully operational at this time, with employees following social distancing guidelines.

Are You Still Meeting With Customers?

We are meeting with clients and customers over the phone and virtually.

At this time, we are not meeting with customers in person. We have restricted face-to-face meetings as travel is restricted, and we are doing our part to help flatten the curve by limiting social interactions.

Can I Still Order Equipment From American Heating Company?

Yes, indeed! We are still taking orders on all products and systems we offer.

Has the Purchase Process Changed at All Due to the Pandemic?

Our purchase process has not changed – aside from the fact that travel and in-person meetings are restricted. But we can handle everything with you virtually, so we are still able to move forward with consultations and sales.

Are Deliveries Still Happening?

Yes! We are still able to manufacture and deliver our products at this time. Deliveries are happening as expected.

Will My Heating Equipment Delivery Be Delayed?

It is unlikely that your heating equipment delivery will be delayed. We are running on time – and in some cases early. For the most up to date information about your specific order, check in with your American Heating Company representative.

What Safety Precautions Do You Have In Place?

We are restricting in-person meetings, and doing all of our meetings with clients and customers over the phone or online in order to limit contact and prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Employees at all of our facilities and offices are adhering to social distancing guidelines. We are proud to do our part in flattening the curve while still providing jobs and income for our employees and producing high quality heating equipment for our customers so they can keep their businesses running.
